FAQs & Return Policy
When will my order arrive?
All of our items are made to order. Please allow 14 to 18 days for delivery within the US; international orders may take 18 to 24 days. Please note that backpacks and parkas are shipped separately from suits and other gear, requiring 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. You will receive an email notification as soon as the carrier scans your shipment label. While we strive to process all orders promptly, turnaround times may increase during sales events, peak shopping periods, and holidays.
What shipping carrier do you use?
All domestic orders weighing up to 1 pound will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 2 to 5 business days. Orders exceeding 1 pound will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or DHL, depending on the most efficient option. International orders will be shipped via DHL; upon arrival in the destination country, they will be handled by your country's standard national mail carrier.
Lost/Stolen/Incorrect address delivered orders-
Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you once an item is shipped. If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact your local post office or carrier and provide them with the tracking number. Q Swimwear is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, nor for errors made by the Post Office or carrier during delivery or typing errors in the address provided when placing an order. However, if the package is returned to us, we will contact you to verify the shipping address and gladly reship your order at no additional cost.
My package says delivered but I didn't receive anything-
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check areas such as your front, side, or back doors, garage, mailbox, bushes, or any other place where it could be hidden. Additionally, ask your neighbors if they may have received it on your behalf or if the carrier accidentally delivered it to them, as this can occasionally happen. If the package still cannot be found, you will need to reach out to the carrier to file a claim. Please note that Q Swimwear is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the postal service or customs. We do not cover losses from packages that are presumed stolen. For any postal issues, you must contact the carrier, and for international orders, please reach out to your country’s standard mail carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Our factory/production plant is based in Mexico City, only customers located in Mexico will receive their order directly from our factory.
International orders are subject to duties and taxes?
All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. Our shipping cost does not cover custom duties per country. The customer is responsible to pay any custom duties their country charges for the release of their order. Q Swimwear is not responsible for customs charges.
Can I edit (change size, style or design) or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we can not edit orders after they are placed, you will have to cancel your order before placing new one. Once the order is placed, you have 1 business day to submit a cancel request. Please contact us at teamsales@qswimwear.com. Once order is canceled, it can take 4-7 business days for the refund to process (depending on your banking institution).
Can I return or exchange my order-
No, all of our team suits are custom (made-to-order), so we are not able to replace it or refund it. Only exception will be if there was a production/confection error, please get in touch at teamsales@qswimwear.com with your inquiry.
Where do I enter a discount code?
Discount codes or gift cards are enter at checkout. You must enter the code at checkout or the promotion will not be applied and you will be charged the full amount. Only one discount or gift card can be applied per order.
How do I care for my suit?
You will find labels on the swimsuits providing you with the instructions for care of your product. Proper care of your product should always be taken.
